The Executive Chairman of Eleme LGA Council Chief Hon Obarilomate Ollor has officially formalized the appointment of the Eleme youth council and Eleme security council respectively. Chief Ollor who made the pronouncement during a security meeting with top security personnel at the LGA Council secretariat charged members of the youth council to work in synergy with the security agencies to ensure the peace being enjoyed in Eleme is sustained.
Chief Ollor warned against any unlawful gathering and activities that may threaten the peace of the LGA mostly as election preparations and campaigns are in top gear while charging them to report any perceived nefarious activity to the security agencies for necessary actions. The LGA Boss further hailed the existing peace and unity amongst the various youth council at the community level and urged the leadership of the youth council to ensure such is sustained by carrying the necessary youth stakeholders along in the scheme of things.
Chief Ollor noted that the tenure of the new youth administration takes effect from Monday, January 9th 2023.
